The people behind Cleanfarma had been in this business for over 25 years before deciding to take their years of knowledge and product expertise online 3 years ago. We might look like the new kid on the block, but looks can be deceiving! We have the best gear you can order online at great prices.

Deciding what products to carry on CLEANFARMA comes from the many years experience we have with using these very same products. We will NEVER recommend any product that we have not used and tested ourselves.

Bulk discounts are available when you purchase larger quantities and can be found on the individual product pages. 

If you notice you are not receiving emails from Cleanfarma, check your junk mail and/or add us to your safe senders list. 

We do not help plan performance enhancing cycles or post cycle therapy. While our site offers up to date information, we always advise people to consult with their doctor before starting the use of products found on this website. Further information about this poilcy can be found here.
Common questions about how you pay us

Paying for my order

All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.

No we do not have a minimum order amount requirement.

We accept Interac E-Transfer and Crypto payments only.

After you place your order, the screen will show you payment instructions. You will also receive an email summary of your order that also includes instructions on how to pay for your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Orders are final once they have been processed/shipped.

We do not offer pre-orders, however, you can sign up to automatically get a notification when an out-of-stock item is back in stock.

We do not offer in-person pickup of orders.

Common questions about getting your gear

Shipping & Tracking

We ship from within Canada to addresses and PO boxes located in Canada.

Whenever possible we will ship everything in one discreet package. However, sometimes we may have to split up larger orders into separate packages to ensure they arrive in one piece. 

We ship with Canada Post or UPS using discreet packaging that does not give any indication of the contents within. We do not mention the nature of the order on the exterior of the packaging and we package everything with care so it will arrive in perfect condition.

Orders received before 3pm EST are shipped the following day. Orders received Friday before 3pm EST are shipped the following Monday (Tuesday on long weekends)

We ship using Canada Post or UPS and orders arrive within 1 to 3 days on average once they have been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be added to your order and you will receive an email with this information. You can also check under the orders section found in my account.

Email us as soon as you notice the mistake and as long as the order has not been shipped, we will be able to ship to the correct address. If your order has been shipped already, you will have to contact Canada Post or UPS and have them update the shipping address on their end which will delay your shipment slightly. PLEASE NOTE: We do not hunt down parcels and we are not responsible if you entered the wrong address, but we will try our best where possible.

We do not ship orders with a signature required unless specifically requested.
